I`m a gay American in Paris, where to go? What to do?

I`m gay college student in Paris for year.

My french is good enough to communicate the basics, but(!) I`m not ready to carry on a conversation;

I`d like to make some gay friends here; I`ve been to a few night clubs & it`s not really working out. Any suggestions?

And, in general, any advice on how to take advantage of my time here would be greatly appreciated!

hmm. If you have any friends there who can direct you to great place to meet & greet would be great help.

You should take advantage of of every possible; eh, well. it depends what you`re interests are; If for instance it`s art, I would suggest going to every art museum/exhibit you can; See as much of the sights as you possibly can. I know it`s all touristy but(!) do the tourist sights. You learn alot of intersting things & when asked you can say you`ve been to such a such;
