Escort / Guided Tours --to Australia?

I am a single gay white male, live alone in Boston, MA. I am for the most part very spoiled. I am wanting to go to Australia this winter (for 3 - 4 weeks). I will be traveling alone. Does anyone know of any "premium" guided tours of the country. I am looking for an all inclusive trip. or as close to it as I can get. I went to a Club Med one time and it made it very easy when everything was all included. For me it takes, the stress off when it comes to what to eat, where to eat, and so on. I do not have a boyfriend and traveling with other gay men I think would be a lot of fun.
Please help me if you know of anything that I have not tried yet. Thanks.
