twinklover 		Try the `Adam & Steve tsup-spa` in Mandaluyong. It`s inside the famous Mandaluyong Mental Hospital. Just go to information counter at the entrance & ask the person that you are looking for a good gay spa or massage parlor. They will know what to do. ENJOY!

jimmygay 		If I were you I`g go to a gay disco bar. they have a `GD` sign on the outside. I seen them while vacationing there. Im not gay but(!) from what I know of straigh massage parlors I been you better wear rubber because not a all massage parlor girls do

serenity 		I think legitimate spa centers in Manila or Philippines in general cater to any gender not just male or female or lesbian or gays. the only restiction a few spas make is the age thing. Some spas do not allow clients less than 14 years old but(!) then again, there are specialty spas that cater to tweens, teens & children.
