Being gay with social anxiety?

Well, I am a gay teen that also has a little bit of social anxiety sometimes. Social anxiety is being fearful of social settings, & in many cases caring what others think severely. I want to come out eventually, & I even told myself that I would come out at about this time (Oct; 2008), but(!) I feel I may never come out because my social anxiety kicks in on what people will think of me; Or if I do get a boyfriend, will I ever show affection in public? Will I ever come out; What are your thoughts/comments? It is more being very shy than serious condition

gaynudist 		You need to do what you feel is rite for you don`t come out until you are ready but(!) when you do you will fill like million dollars

gaymentop 		u don`t have to feel obliged to come out yet, since You are still young, it will be harder for u. when You do come out, the ones who love You should accept u, & if ppl dont, that`s THEIR problem! just forget wut other ppl think, I know It`s hard, but(!) You need to be true to urself. & if You are in love, why shouldnt You show affection? wut other ppl think of it doesnt matter

serenity 		you know what? you & I are on the same boat. I care what ppl think way too much; & I figured that I only need more time to feel comfortable with my own identity although being bisexual is more acceptable by society than being homosexual. therefore, you my friend need more time. don`t rush things. the last thing you need is regret. solution will come along when you least expect it
for a start, start telling ppl closest to you. try it & tell me what happenes

charliegay 		Being bi/gay is on a need to know basis & who really needs to know except the person you`re with?
When you do get a boyfriend you still don`t have to come out. Wait until you are certain that the boyfriend is the 1 you want to be with. When & if you decide to come out choose someone you`re closest to, tell them you have something you want to say & not to make comments until you are finished, but(!) even then digest it first. That you will love them the same no matter what they think or say, that you are still a good person with values; In the meantime just act like you`ve always acted,because being bi/gay doesn`t make you any different than anyone else, I know. & when you do get a bf, just be natural with him, don`t slobber & hang on him, see how others who have been together for awhile act in public. Once you find boyfriend you`re going to be with for awhile or ever, then start displaying your feelings toward him as any 1 would in public
