Telemundo gay couple?

There is a show I`m looking for that has 2 gay teen couple who 1 of them has a pierced ear (forgot which side) & he looks kind of like diego from rich kids, poor parents. Don`t know how this can help, but(!) I hope that someone can give me an answer; It showed until like 2007 I think, or 2006, but(!) it was long time ago.
