You won`t put your family through any pain just because you`re gay, that shouldn`t matter at all. If your family does have bad reaction, then you have to talk with them or have counselor. If your dad is violent & hates gays for some reason, then have your mom present in the same room when you tell them, or tell your mom first & she can tell your dad for you

Well; one guy whose q I answered was loopy on anestisia & accidently came out that way XD
That depends on You are families view of homosexuality, but(!) important thing is is that You are happy, dispite what they think or how much it hurts them

you might not have to tell them; do you see them a lot or spend a lot of time with them? if you don`t see your family that much, then they don`t even need to know. besides, they have their life & you have yours, so think about if you even need to tell them
