How do I get my anal hole tight?

gaykerk 		Google Keigle exercises; This is something that women do after vaginal delivery; the same principle applies here. This is a sphincter, ring of muscle,; So anything that you can do to any muscle will apply here also. Try these exercises for a couple of months both of you will notice the difference.

twinklover 		Steve S is right; those excercises work fine & they`re a natural thing the body is able to do. Picture it the same way you clench your anal sphincter during sex, when you want your bf to stop, or when it hurts; that clamping feeling is something you can naturally do. Being able to do them, & hold them (of course not during sex) tends to tighten muscle
