Can 2 gay men who don`t have any sexual diseases, get 1 from each other?

I heard that if `the reciever` has it a little to rough, & not trying to be graphic but(!) I`m going to just say it, if his butt hole gets to streched, & rips then he could get something, but(!) I thought that would be an STD.

charliegay 		I think it`s possible to get an infection of some kind during anal sex if the receiver is not. I`ll just say `clean` down there. but(!) it`s not a disease, & any infections are treatable

twinklover 		Unless 1 person is infected with an STD, then there is no way a couple can get an STD if both of them are not infected with anything
