If both of you tested negative it means you don`t have it. If you haven`t been active, there is no reason to think you have it. but(!) it doesn`t just materialise out of thin air; You can`t create it

If neither of you have ever had sex, & already tested negative, there is 100% no way you can get AIDS from each other unless someone`s lying. AIDS is only contracted from 1 infected person to another. But, it can take several years after contracting it to show up

If you`ve BOTH tested NEGATIVE more than 6 months AFTER any possible exposure (in rare cases it can take 6 months for the antibodies to be detectable in tests), there is NO WAY either of you could get AIDS from having sex with each other. You can`t be infected by someone who is not already infected.
However, anal sex does have a high risk of AIDS transmission, so if 1 of you IS infected, there is good chance that the other person could be infected during unprotected anal sex

the chance is zero;
if you both test negative & are virgins, you can not get it.
its like catching the flu or something like that - you have to be in contact with the virus to get it. it does not occur spontaneously.
its important to understand that sometimes it lays `dormant` for a while & it will take a long time (weeks to years) to show up on tests.
if you are both virgins, there has been no sexual contact (vaginal, oral [bleeding gums can transmit], or anal contact) then you should be safe.
if you are going to BB though, remember that you both have to be REALLY monogamous -- because if he or you cheat on other - you bring a BIG risk into the relationship!

have fun!
