Subtle questions to find out someones sexuality?

Hi There,

What are some subtle questions that I could ask a member of staff which would perhaps help determine their sexuality? the reason is that I am looking for a member of staff who would be willing to help start a gay/straight student alliance & to be honest I would prefer if they were gay or bisexual.

Things like `What is your view on homosexuality?`

or ask them about their partner. & if he refers to it as `partner` he`s gay, if he says gf he`s straight

jimmygay 		How about telling the staff that you want to form a Gay/straight alliance & want someone gay or bisexual involved in it? That`s the easiest way & they`re not likely to be offended & they`re not forced to come out unless they actually want to be involved

Usually if a guy takes longer than three seconds to answer that, there`s something wrong.

Also on rainy days, if he carries an umbrella. That`s your answer right there
