why do they get gay games?

if It`s wrong for us to disrimanate agianst gay people is it not also wrong for them to have speical games where only gay people can play? why don`t we have streight games, or asian games, or any other kind? why do they get to be special? & why do they feel the need to tell everyone who they are sleeping with? streight people don`t run around telling everyone what sex they sleep with, I don`t get it;

since gays get their events, when do `straights` get theirs?

how far will you let it go? since there`s an african american pride month, should there be `year of the caucasian` too? does existence of an event recognizing 1 group imply that EVERYONE should have their special day?

live & let others live too. if someone wants to have their fun, LET them; be above it, please;

help them celebrate, if you like; ignore it, if you don`t. tolerate!

gaynudist 		They probably never said that anyone that is not gay cannot be in their games; It is just a way for group that is identified by their behavior to have party with other like-behaving people.

But - why would you want to join in their games, anyway?

I don`t exactly want to be in the Special Olympics, either, even though I could probably win

serenity 		I`ve never heard of the gay Games, but(!) I`m sorry they wouldn`t let you play.

While I wouldn`t be allowed to play either, they have every right to discriminate, provided they do not receive state funding, employ, or provide housing on a discriminatory basis (and collection of other activities); If you & your friends wanted to privately organize & exclude anyone, you would absolutely have the right to do so.

And as far as straight people advertising their sexuality, have you never engaged in a little PDA? & have you seen TV lately? Watch the E! channel - straight sex is so in right now!

P; S. They may actually receive government funding, but(!) they do not, in fact, discriminate: `The gay Games are open to anyone; There are no qualifying events, no minimum or maximum requirements, & no mandatory affiliations. Games are built on the founding principles of Participation, Inclusion, & Personal Best, & promote supportive environment, free from bigotry, where participants achieve success by their own measure. `
