How do I know if a guy is gay at my gym?

he is constantly making eye contact with me. far away & sometimes close by.

i hinted how I liked him. but he got scared off. he just said nah nah nah,

now he seems to ignore me but(!) sometimes will stare at me from afar, I`m just confused I heard him talking yesterday & he sounded a lil gay. it made me hope he is;

serenity 		You could try getting to know him little as a friend & decide if you feel comfortable asking him out; If he seems like a nice tolerant guy ask him out & he turns out to be straight he`ll probably just get kick out of the misunderstanding

twinklover 		I am sure you have been sufficiently obvious by now. only thing to do is ask him out for a drink, or coffee. Once you do that, there`s no beating around the bush. You tell him exactly what`s on your mind & let him respond; If he`s upset say your sorry for making him uncomfortable & never mention it again;
