Which country in the world will have first openly gay prime-minister or president?

My guess would be that Klaus Wowereit, the current head of the Social Democrats in Berlin & the mayor of that city will become the first openly gay leader of Germany once he becomes the leader of the SPD; Christian Democrats might lose next elections & in that case Klaus Wowereit will automatically become the head of state in Germany;

But my guess is as good as anyone`s. What`s your guess?
